about ME - THATKAMERAGIRL
My first love was absolutely make-up. I fell in love with it when I was just a kid, always stealing red lipstick from my aunt's purse. I was telling my parents that I want to be a painter... but I was imagining face as canvas. I graduated make-up school and went working with theaters and private clients in Europe.
Then I came to Zanzibar... and let me tell you, my whole life turned upside down! I had to find my own way of doing things here and started running Social Media for hotels, and that's where my video and drone journey started.
After one of the photographers (that was responsible for pictures in the hotels ) had to quit, I got my first camera to step in his place.
One step at the time, I was finding my own photography style that is still evolving. One thing is for sure - I was always on the artistic side of life, with attention to the details that make people and world in general unique.
Right now I am also working on my yoga teacher certificate and I can't help but think how beauty should be celebrated both outside and within ourselves. I hope to show this and more in my work.
